Especially with all Honda Bol d'Or types the tuning by power air filters (e.g.: K&N) on the original carburetors is very difficult.
According to the type of air filters (large, oval/small, approximately) you normally pay the won achievement in the lower and/or middle speed range with the loss at the turning joy and/or maximum performance.
Here the DIMO airbox creates remedy for all those among us, which put increased value on power achievement and the sucking in noise, but shrink of from time-consuming tuning work.
The DIMO airbox offers you: increase performance, hole-free high accelerating and a fine sucking in noise. This airbox has no aircleaner inside.
The airbox is down openly (see picture) and the holes for the airbox connection are already bored, according to manufacturer there are no further fasten materials necessary, which are attached to suspension been made by the carburetor rubbers of the original Airbox. We supply 4 main jets (e.g. CB 900 F/140 main jets), which fit according to our experience for the tuning with original engine and exhaust system. Other main jets can be ordered along by telephone or by e-mail (motor vehicle type, engine variant and used exhaust system are indicating)
The tuning of the carburetors is however always necessary. It will be helpfull here to replace the screws of the chambers with the initial assembly by socket-head cap screws, thus the carburetor main jet without development of the carburetors can be changed.
